David is available to answer your questions about labor law and employment law if you are a Connecticut employer (an owner, manager, or supervisor of a company or organization that has employees in Connecticut) and you have a question or questions about how to deal with your employees. David's service is a business-to-business service. Any advice he gives you should be regarded as advice to your company. If you e-mail him, include in your message your name, your company's name, and your position at the company.
David charges $180 per hour to answer your questions.
David is also available to give seminars and lectures on
employment discrimination law and how to prevent
lawsuits. He gives such seminars for free to business
groups (chambers of commerce, etc.), nonprofit
organizations, church groups, synagogue groups, and
other religious organizations. To give a two-hour
seminar (including his answering questions from your
audience) at your company (or for your company
at whatever location you choose), he charges $325.
